• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program (per state requirements).
• Active state SLPA license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children with developmental and communication needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Provide hands-on therapy focused on articulation, expressive and receptive language, social communication, and feeding goals.
• Use play-based and structured interventions to promote engagement and progress.
• Document treatment sessions accurately in Raintree EMR.
• Communicate progress and plan adjustments with supervising SLP.
• Partner with families to promote carryover and consistency.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.
