Job summary

Speech-Language Rehabilitation Services is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our pediatric therapy team in Fayetteville. This in-office role provides the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, including SLPs, OTs, PTs, and administrative staff, with no travel required.

Responsibilities include providing services under supervision, implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina SLPA license, registration, or eligibility (as applicable)
• Pediatric-focused passion and patient-centered approach
• Strong communication and documentation skills required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pediatric speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
• Assist with therapy activities and patient support during sessions
• Document patient progress and communicate with supervising therapists and families
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation
