Job summary

Speech & Language Rehabilitation Services in Dunn, NC is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our pediatric therapy team. In this in-office role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality services.

You’ll implement treatment plans, assist with activities, document progress, and communicate with families. A degree in SLPA and NC licensure or eligibility are required, with a supportive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree from an accredited SLPA program.
• Active North Carolina SLPA license, registration, or eligibility.
• Experience with pediatric populations is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pediatric speech therapy services under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP.
• Assist with therapy activities and patient support during sessions.
• Document patient progress and communicate with families and supervising therapists.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation.
