MedCare Pediatric is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide in-home therapy for children, with flexible scheduling including weekdays, afterschool, and Saturdays. You will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, documenting progress and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
• Licensed to practice as an SLPA in Texas by start date.
• Experience in pediatrics preferred; bilingual skills a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care.
• Provide one-on-one patient care in patients' homes.
