Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide medically prescribed speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health settings. Under supervision, the SLPA will guide patients and caregivers to reinforce progress and ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Pediatrics clinical experience preferred.
• Current licensure required.
• CPR certification required.
• Driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment to pediatric patients in home health.
• Direct patient and caregiver in therapeutic tasks.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain records and communicate progress to families and supervisor.
• Attend continuing education activities and maintain caseload.
