KidsCare Home Health is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide in-home pediatric therapy under supervision. The SLPA will guide patients and caregivers in targeted tasks to improve communication and swallowing functions.

The role emphasizes treatment delivery, family education, and collaborative care with the office and other disciplines; requires licensure, CPR, and a valid driver's license, with 0–2 years' experience preferred.

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences accepted.
• Current state-issued professional licensure required.
• Valid state driver license and CPR certification.
• 0–2 years of experience; pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Organize and conduct medically prescribed speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health.
• Direct patient and caregiver in tasks to reinforce therapy goals.
• Provide direct treatment and family education on progress and status.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
