DV Therapy Inc. is seeking a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and communication needs.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, provide parent coaching, and collaborate with SLPAs and other therapists in a clinic setting. You will supervise Clinical Fellows and contribute to team training, with a focus on data-driven SOAP notes and family involvement.

Formación

• Active California SLP license in good standing.
• ASHA CCC-SLP credential.
• Two years (roughly 3,000 hours) of licensed SLP experience is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a real asset but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric clients with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Build individualized treatment plans around goals that matter to the child and family.
• Provide home activities that are engaging, measurable, and practical.
• Write SOAP notes with data, including numbers and observations.
• Supervise Clinical Fellows and support new clinicians.
• Contribute to in-service training, research initiatives, and family education.
• Collaborate with OTs, BCBAs, and SLPA teams treating the same children.
• Participate in team and company meetings with current updates.
• Supervise SLPAs per California supervision requirements.
• Manage schedules in CentralReach.
