DV Therapy Learning Center is seeking a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat children with speech, language, and communication needs in a clinic setting in California. You will develop individualized plans and partner with families to implement meaningful home activities.

The team includes SLPAs and professionals across OT and ABA, with a strong emphasis on collaborative care, supervision of junior staff, and ongoing professional development. License and CCC-SLP required.

Formación

• Active California SLP license in good standing.
• ASHA CCC-SLP credential.
• Two years (≈3,000 hours) of licensed SLP experience preferred, open to conversation for less.
• Bilingual Spanish is a real asset but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric clients with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans around meaningful family goals.
• Provide families with engaging, measurable at-home activities.
• Write SOAP notes with concrete data and observations.
• Supervise Clinical Fellows and help new clinicians settle in.
• Contribute to in-service training, research initiatives, and family education.
• Collaborate with OTs, BCBAs, and SLPAs treating the same children.
• Attend team and company-wide meetings with up-to-date updates.
• Supervise SLPAs per California supervision requirements.
• Manage schedule in CentralReach.
