Job summary

DV Therapy Inc. in California is seeking an aspiring Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team and grow clinical skills through mentorship and professional development.

You will deliver speech and language services for pediatric clients, develop individualized treatment plans, administer assessments, and document progress. This role offers a supportive clinic setting with collaboration across ABA, OT, and SLP teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• RPE license
• Previous experience in speech pathology or related field (Preferred)
• Familiarity with communication disorders and therapy techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language services for pediatric to school-aged clients
• Develop and follow individualized treatment plans for speech disorders
• Administer standardized assessments to diagnose communication needs
• Set measurable goals and monitor patient progress
• Document treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports
• Collaborate closely with other professionals in a multidisciplinary team
