Job summary

DV Therapy Learning Center is seeking a licensed Pediatric SLP in Covina to evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and communication needs. You will craft individualized treatment plans, train families with practical home activities, and document progress with SOAP notes.

You will supervise Clinical Fellows and collaborate with OTs, BCBA, and SLPA teams while contributing to training and research initiatives in a child-centered clinic.

Qualifications

• Active California SLP license in good standing.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Two years (≈3,000 hours) experience preferred; open to chat with less.
• Bilingual in Spanish valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric clients with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Build individualized treatment plans around goals meaningful to kid and family.
• Provide families with engaging, measurable activities for home use.
• Write SOAP notes with data and observations.
• Supervise Clinical Fellows and support new clinicians.
• Contribute to in-service training, research, and family education.
• Collaborate with OTs, BCBAs, and SLPAs treating the same children.
• Attend team and company-wide meetings with current updates.
• Supervise SLPAs following California supervision rules.
• Manage schedule in CentralReach.
