Small Talk Pediatric Therapy in New Albany, IN is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to work with children in a full-time, in-person role.

You'll evaluate, plan and deliver evidence-based therapy, collaborate with families and a multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to ongoing program development.

New graduates welcome; licensure required or eligibility; supervision opportunities available; 35 hours direct care and time for documentation per week.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain before starting.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with families and colleagues.
• Commitment to individualized, evidence-based pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating pediatric speech, language, and communication needs.
• Developing individualized treatment plans with meaningful, functional goals.
• Providing engaging, evidence-based therapy that fits each child.
• Helping families understand progress and use practical strategies between visits.
• Collaborating with teammates and other professionals involved in the child’s care.
• Maintaining timely, accurate evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Bringing curiosity and ideas to the ongoing improvement of our clinical services.
