Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, onsite role serving pediatric students near Nashville, TN. The position emphasizes collaboration with teachers and families to support communication and development.

You will conduct evaluations, create and monitor IEP-based plans, and provide individual and group therapy. A Tennessee license or eligibility is required, with a benefits package and competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Tennessee SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience with pediatric populations in school-based or similar settings.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and IEP processes.
• Experience with evidence-based intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication with families, teachers and professionals.
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving school environments.
• Energetic, compassionate and student-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with speech, language and communication needs.
• Develop, implement and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct therapy sessions in group and individual formats.
• Consult with teachers and staff to support student success within the classroom.
• Track and document student progress, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Engage families as partners in their child's therapeutic journey.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
