Job summary

TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Brooklyn, NY for a school-based setting. You will assess, treat, and monitor progress, aligning therapy with IEPs/IFSPs and collaborating with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support communication development.

The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a compensation of $47/hour plus benefits. A Master's degree in SLP, NYS license, and CCC-SLP are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• 1+ year of pediatric or school-based speech therapy experience required.
• New York State license in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP and NYSED TSHH certification required.
• Proficiency with assistive technology and AAC devices preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP/IFSP and regulatory standards for pediatric therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assessment & evaluation to determine needs and levels.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with goals.
• Progress monitoring and reporting to parents, educators, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate notes and compliance with standards.
