Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.

• Primarily school-based work with direct therapy, indirect consultation, documentation, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across the lifespan.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices.
• Deliver direct therapy services to support and enhance clients’ speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Track and document client progress, making data-informed adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.
• Educate and support families and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals and strategies at home and in the community.
• Maintain detailed, timely, and compliant documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes.

You will also be documenting all patient care, observing and participating in treatment, and adjusting goals and milestones as needed for the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of speech pathology, is able to provide compassionate care to every client, and has excellent organizational skills.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail in documentation and treatment planning
