Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students with communication needs in a school setting near Springfield, Oregon. This contract role emphasizes evidence-based therapy, collaboration with teachers, and a commitment to student progress.

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans, deliver goal-oriented therapy for articulation, language, and fluency, and document outcomes while engaging families and a cross-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged.
• Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly valued.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Provide effective, goal-oriented therapy sessions to address articulation, language, and fluency concerns.
• Accurately track and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including teachers, support staff, and administrators.
• Engage families in the therapy process, providing education and ongoing communication.
