Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site role near Carmel, IN. You will provide individual and group therapy to pediatric students and partner with teachers and families to support communication goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in SLP, Indiana licensure, and ASHA CF/CCC, with a passion for school-based pediatrics. We offer a supportive team, competitive benefits, and travel opportunities within the district.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active state licensure as an SLP.
• ASHA CF or CCC credentials.
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics in a school setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to students across various grade levels.
• Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct assessments, progress reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Offer guidance and resources to teachers and families to support student communication goals.
• Adapt therapy techniques to address each student’s unique needs.
