Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with pediatric or school-aged children is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique goals.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions.
• Carefully monitor and document student progress toward communication goals.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring coordinated and holistic care.
• Guide and involve families in the therapy process, empowering them to support their child’s progress.
• Stay current with best practices and advances in speech-language therapy.
