H2 Health is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for our outpatient clinic in Borger, Texas. You will provide play-based, evidence-based therapy to children with autism, developmental delays, articulation, and feeding challenges.

Qualifications

• + Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• + Active state SLP license or eligibility.
• + CCC-SLP or CF eligibility preferred.
• + Strong communication and family-centered care mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based speech and language therapy to children.
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, social communication, and feeding needs.
• Implement play-based interventions and document care in EMR.
• Partner with families to promote carryover at home.
• Collaborate with occupational and physical therapists and the care team.
