Job summary

Strategic Montessori and Therapy Center in Lawrenceville, NJ is seeking a part-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team serving children ages 2–6 with autism.

You will provide individualized speech and language services, collaborate closely with BCBAs, ABA therapists, and families, and support communication, social and developmental goals in a warm, Montessori-inspired center with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• NJ SLP license or eligibility to obtain before starting.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or eligibility.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children ages 2–6.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations as appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Address receptive/expressive language, articulation, social communication, and functional communication.
• Support AAC use and implementation when appropriate.
• Monitor progress and make data-driven treatment modifications.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and ABA Therapists to support communication goals.
• Provide strategies to promote generalization of skills.
• Communicate with families regarding progress and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Ensure services meet ethical, clinical, regulatory, and payer requirements.
