Job summary

Theracare is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for our outpatient clinics in Indiana. The role is PRN/part-time and involves evaluating and treating children with speech, language, swallowing, and hearing disorders under physician orders.

You will educate families, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to high-quality patient care in a community-focused setting. New grads are encouraged to apply, with support from Regional Management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Prefer minimum one year experience in pediatric speech pathology.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to provide therapy services at outpatient clinic to accommodate client needs.
• Demonstrate competency in applying therapy principles and materials.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders using therapy procedures to improve speech, language, swallowing and hearing disorders.
• Educate and inform parents and guardians.
• Work as part of a dedicated therapy team with support and information sharing.
