Job summary

Theracare in Indiana is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN assignments. You will evaluate and treat patients to improve speech, language, swallowing, and hearing disorders, following physician orders.

You’ll collaborate with a therapy team across multiple care settings. The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and at least one year of rehab experience, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and willingness to work in diverse facilities including

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Prefer minimum one year experience in rehabilitation.
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to provide therapy services in multiple locations.
• Demonstrate competency in applying therapy principles and equipment.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients under physician orders using procedures to improve speech, language, swallowing and hearing disorders.
• Work as a member of a team providing support and information within Speech/Language Pathology.
• Provide therapy services in locations including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.
