Job summary

Theracare in Indiana is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing and hearing disorders. You will work as part of a dedicated therapy team in environments including Skilled Nursing Facilities, outpatient centers, long-term care facilities, or home health care.

The position is PRN, with responsibilities across multiple settings and easy access to regional management support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with orders from the physician, through therapeutic procedures to improve speech, language, swallowing and hearing disorders
• Work as a member of a team providing support and information within Speech/Language Pathology
• Provide therapy services in locations including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care
