Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our on-site pediatric team in Brownsville, TX. You will assess, diagnose, and treat children in outpatient and school settings, collaborate with therapists, teachers, and families, and document progress in our EMR system.

Ideal candidates have TX SLP licensure, 3+ years pediatrics, and Spanish fluency. This full-time role offers a supportive team, flexible schedule within 8:00am–6:00pm CST, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• TX Speech-Language Pathology license (or ability to apply)
• Degree from an accredited Speech Therapy program
• 3+ years pediatric experience preferred
• Spanish fluency and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, families, educators, and other therapists
• Maintain documentation in EMR in timely manner
• Monitor progress and adjust plan of care as needed
