Children Matter LLC in Colorado is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (or CFY) to support neurodivergent children within a collaborative, child-led environment. You will work with OTs and fellow SLPs to promote holistic development and daily participation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure or eligibility.
• Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech-language pathology services in an interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with OTs and SLPs to support holistic development.
• Build partnerships with families and caregivers.
• Create engaging, child-led therapy sessions honoring each child.
• Participate in team meetings, case collaboration, and professional development.
• Complete documentation promptly and professionally.
• Maintain commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care.
