Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active SLP licensure in practicing state(s).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (CFs encouraged to apply).
• Passion for collaborative, integrative care and working with neurodivergent populations.
• Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy integrating sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a holistic, transdisciplinary approach to care.
• Educate and empower families so communication strategies extend beyond sessions.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, enhancing leadership skills and field development.
