Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support kindergarten through second grade in a full-time contract position at a single elementary school in Maryland.

The role involves evaluations, IEP development, and direct therapy, with collaboration among educators and families, and participation in required team meetings. Compensation ranges daily/weekly hours, with benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification.
• Maryland SLP license (or eligible).
• Experience with pediatric/school-based K–2 populations.
• Skills in evaluation, IEP development, and therapy provision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct C&L assessments for K–2 students.
• Craft, update, and manage IEPs based on progress.
• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions.
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and team discussions.
• Maintain accurate progress records and session notes.
• Collaborate with staff, administrators, and families.
