Job summary

Kaleidoscope Education Solutions in Elkton, MD invites a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join as an independent contractor. This opportunity offers up to $2,812.50 per week with a flexible schedule across 2–5 days per week.

You will provide therapy to elementary students, perform assessments, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers, parents and school staff. Maryland licensure and CCC-SLP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Maryland SLP licensure/certification.
• ASHA CCC-SLP with school-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students with communication and language disorders.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication and academic development.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records, including therapy notes, evaluations, and IEP-related documentation.
