KidsCare Home Health, a therapist-owned home health company, is seeking an Intern Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver pediatric speech therapy in patients’ homes. The Intern SLP will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed speech therapy to pediatric patients and guide caregivers in targeted tasks to boost progress.

The role includes conducting assessments, coordinating with staff, and participating in supervised visits as required.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver license.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Conduct evaluations with focus on receptive and expressive language, articulation, and related skills.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patients and families regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer families to appropriate services and resources; document progress with supervisor input.
