Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home pediatric therapy. The SLP will evaluate and treat patients and guide caregivers in home-based exercises.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Conduct screenings and evaluations; train families and caregivers.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain progress notes and communicate with patients and families.
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities.
• Mentor students and new hires; pursue ongoing professional development.
