Job summary

North Texas Therapy & Home Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled services in patients' homes or daytime facilities for ages 0–21, at least twice weekly. The role emphasizes assessment, diagnostic reporting, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Strong candidates will have a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, Texas licensure, and CFY completion (CCC-SLP). Pediatric feeding experience and home health background are valued, with Spanish bilingual

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or University
• Successful completion of the Clinical Fellowship year (CCC-SLP)
• Texas license to practice Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in pediatrics
• Feeding experience required
• Home health experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home or daytime facility of patients 0-21 years old, 2+ times per week
• Define patients' degree and type of speech, language, voice, oral-motor, swallowing, feeding, auditory processing, and/or fluency impairments by selecting and administering testing instruments
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reports
• In collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, plan and evaluate team goals for each patient and advise, consult, and instruct team in specific speech therapy modalities and interventions
• Plan for and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients by designing and delivering training, printed material/resources and in-service programs in accordance with a total speech therapy program
• May provide supervision to Clinical Fellows of Speech Pathology and/or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants if you possess three or more years of experience
