Job summary

North Texas Therapy & Home Care in Texas seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy to patients aged 0–21 in home or daytime facilities, 2+ times per week per physician orders.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, successful CFY/CCC-SLP completion, and Texas licensure. Pediatrics experience is required; home health experience and Spanish bilingual skills are preferred. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college/university.
• CCC-SLP/CFY completion required or in progress.
• Licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Texas.
• Experience in pediatrics required.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes or daytime facilities for ages 0–21, 2+ times per week per physician orders.
• Define degree and type of speech, language, voice, oral-motor, swallowing, and related impairments using appropriate tests.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan goals and advise on interventions.
• Plan and modify care to meet speech therapy goals.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients through training and materials.
• May supervise Clinical Fellows or SLPA if you have 3+ years of experience.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Clinical Fellowship year (CFY)
