North Texas Therapy & Home Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled services in the home or daytime facility for children aged 0–21, 2 or more times per week, per physician orders. You will assess communication, voice, feeding, and swallowing disorders, prepare diagnostic reports, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan goals and interventions.

Experience with pediatrics and home health is preferred; Spanish bilingualism is a plus; valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP Clinical Fellowship year completed.
• Active Texas license to practice SLP.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home or daytime facility for patients aged 0–21 years, 2+ times per week, per physician orders.
• Assess and define patients' speech, language, voice, oral-motor, swallowing, feeding, and related impairments with appropriate tests.
• Prepare written diagnostic reports and communicate findings clearly.
