Job summary

MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Home Health Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver one-on-one therapy in children’s homes across Texas. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, feeding and swallowing needs while building strong relationships with families.

This role offers flexible scheduling with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN options, a sign-on bonus for full-time caseloads, mentorship from experienced clinicians, and comprehensive benefits including PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current TX SLP license or eligible to obtain licensure by start date.
• One year of pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Experience supervising assistants is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child\'s needs.
• Provide therapy addressing communication, articulation, language, feeding and swallowing.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to support growth.
• Educate families on carryover strategies at home.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for high-quality care.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
