KidsCare Home Health in Rexburg, Idaho is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, plan, and deliver pediatric speech therapy in the patients' homes.

You will train caregivers, document progress, coordinate with office staff and other disciplines, and participate in Quality Assurance activities.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical treatment to patients including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family/caregiver training.
• Perform evaluations with attention to receptive and expressive language, articulation, and auditory skills.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with the pediatric patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services and consult with physicians on progress.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; participate in QA and education activities.
• Maintain adequate caseload with productive output; mentor students and new hires.
