Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health.
• Perform evaluations focusing on receptive and expressive language and articulation.
• Coordinate care with family, office staff, and other disciplines.
• Maintain patient progress notes and required records.
• Collaborate with teams and participate in quality improvement activities.
