Job summary

Therapy 2000 seeks a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to serve families in the Southeast Pasadena/Clear Lake area. The role may be full-time, part-time, or PRN and involves home-based visits in the South Houston division.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, creating home exercise programs, and coordinating care with caregivers and other providers.

Qualifications

• A current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Experience as a pediatric SLP, including home-health settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across care teams and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers in the patient’s medical neighborhood.
• Complete required patient visits and timely chart updates and progress notes.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies, ethics, and laws.
