Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy in the Houston area is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide pediatric home health services, either in-home or hybrid. The role offers PRN, part-time scheduling with starting pay of $60 per session and potential for increases based on performance.

The successful candidate will collaborate with PTs, OTs, and ABA therapists, support families, and deliver tailored therapy plans to improve communication, feeding, and language skills in children.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in Texas (required)
• Pediatric experience preferred (CFs welcome)
• Creative, caring and engaging approach to working with children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, functional speech-language therapy services in-home or hybrid settings
• Create individualized treatment plans focused on communication and language
• Support family involvement and carryover of therapy strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain clear, timely documentation
