Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure required.
• Valid state driver license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment to patients including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family/caregiver training.
• Perform evaluations with attention to receptive and expressive language skills, speech fluency, articulation, and auditory skills.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patients and families regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients and families to appropriate services and resources as appropriate.
• Consult with physician on patient progress and maintain records.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
• Attend internal/external education functions and participate in QA/QI activities.
• Maintain adequate caseload and productivity.
• Collaborate with team and mentor students/new hires.
