Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field per SLPA licensure requirements.
• Texas SLPA license or eligibility.
• Ability to work under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple patient homes.
• Experience with pediatric populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric patients in homes, daycares, Head Starts, or ABA centers under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as developed by supervising SLPs.
• Collect and document data on patient performance and progress.
• Submit detailed treatment notes and other documentation promptly.
• Facilitate communication between supervising SLPs, families, and care teams.
