Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for maternity leave coverage in Illinois. This full-time contract runs from August 19 through the end of October, delivering essential services within a dynamic school setting.

Ideal candidates have pediatric experience and a passion for student growth. CFs and CCC-SLPs are encouraged to apply, with in-person and teletherapy options and collaboration with educators and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY).
• Proficiency in delivering speech services in school environments.
• Experience with pediatric caseloads and IEP implementation.
• Comfortable with in-person and/or teletherapy platforms.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication therapy to students.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in accordance with IEP requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to student support strategies.
• Adjust therapy techniques as needed to address individual needs.
