Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech therapy in clients' homes across Oregon. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver evidence-based therapy while guiding families to reinforce progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure required.
• Valid driver license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in home settings.
• Direct patient and caregiver in targeted tasks to reinforce progress.
• Screen and treat language, articulation, and fluency issues.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Document progress and communicate with families.
• Refer to other services as appropriate.
• Maintain therapy supplies and equipment.
• Participate in QA and professional development.
