Soar Autism Center is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support children ages 2–6 within an interdisciplinary early intervention model. You’ll assess needs, create individualized plans, and apply AAC strategies as part of an ESDM-informed approach.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification required, unless applying for a Clinical Fellowship.
• Current license to practice speech language pathology.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• AAC experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in interdisciplinary pediatric care.

Responsabilidades

• Assess speech, language, and communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate speech therapy for children ages 2–6 in an early intervention setting.
• Develop and implement communication interventions, including AAC strategies and devices when appropriate.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary assessments and treatment plans with OTs, BCBAs, psychologists, and other clinicians.
• Integrate communication goals into Soar’s ESDM-informed approach to early intervention.
• Partner with families to develop meaningful goals and practical strategies.
• Collaborate with RBTs and other clinicians to reinforce goals during daily activities.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans based on data and evolving needs.
