Job summary

Growing Healthy Seasons is a pediatric therapy practice serving children and families across Northern California. We are seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to join a collaborative team.

You’ll evaluate and treat children across school-based and clinic-based caseloads, develop individualized plans aligned with IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, families, and clinicians. We offer strong admin support, mentorship, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active California Speech-Language Pathology License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and treat speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs and clinical goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings with administrative support
• Complete documentation using our provided systems and technology
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as assigned
• Opportunities to focus on specialty areas such as AAC, fluency, feeding, or early language based on experience and program needs
