The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current CA license, and experience in clinical, educational, or healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current California state license or ASHA certification as SLP.
• Experience in clinical, educational, or healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Deliver direct therapy services to support communication abilities.
• Track and document client progress with data-informed adjustments.
• Educate families to reinforce therapy goals at home and in the community.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation of evaluations and sessions.
