Job description

Build More Than a Caseload. Build a Career.

At Growing Healthy Seasons, we believe meaningful therapy begins by supporting the clinicians who provide it.

We are a values-driven pediatric therapy practice serving children and families throughout Northern California. Our culture is built on collaboration, transparency, mentorship, and clinical excellence, creating an environment where clinicians are supported, respected, and encouraged to grow. If you're looking for a workplace where you'll be known as a person, not just another provider, we'd love to meet you! Learn more at growinghealthyseasons.com.

Compensation & Schedule

Growing Healthy Seasons uses a per-student, per-hour compensation model, allowing clinicians to increase earnings through appropriately scheduled individual and group therapy services. Compensation ranges from $53-$60 per student, per hour, based on experience, credentials, certifications, and assigned responsibilities. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Every clinician's schedule is intentionally built around experience, preferred populations, geography, supervision responsibilities, and program needs. Before assignments begin, you'll have clear conversations about your schedule, locations, and expectations.

Because pediatric therapy naturally includes school calendars, student absences, and changing service needs, our leadership team proactively manages caseloads, coordinates schedules, communicates anticipated changes, and provides administrative support so clinicians can focus on patient care - you'll never navigate logistics alone.

Our Culture & Growth

Our values are reflected in how we work every day.

You'll have accessible leaders, honest communication, strong administrative support, and a collaborative team that shares knowledge and encourages professional growth.
