Job summary

CABATS is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric team in Manassas, Virginia. We welcome experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows to apply and collaborate with OTs, BCBAs and caregivers to support communication and independence.

We offer competitive compensation, flexible full-time, part-time or PRN schedules, and structured supervision for Clinical Fellows, with manageable pediatric caseloads and strong administrative support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Current Virginia SLP license or eligibility for Virginia provisional licensure.
• ASHA CCC preferred for experienced applicants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language and communication evaluations.
• Develop individualized, medically necessary treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy.
• Address expressive, receptive, pragmatic and functional communication skills.
• Support AAC use when clinically appropriate.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Monitor progress and update treatment recommendations.
• Educate caregivers and promote generalization across settings.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
