Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric in-home therapy in Manassas, Virginia. You will evaluate, treat, and educate families, delivering evidence-based speech therapy with flexibility and a focus on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include screenings, evaluations, family training, and collaborating with office staff. The role supports professional development and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and retirement

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver's license.
• CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment to pediatric patients including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family/caregiver training.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with the pediatric patient and family regarding progress, home programs and other issues.
• Refer patients and family members to appropriate services.
• Attend Continuing Education activities and expand scope of service.
• Maintain adequate caseload with appropriate productivity.
• Participate in mentoring of students and new hires.
• Will serve as backup service provider for other caseloads.
