Job summary

Circle Creek Therapy in Auburn, WA seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our family-owned pediatric clinic. This role offers either full-time or part-time work with flexible scheduling, a salary of $85,000-$120,000 plus bonus opportunities and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

You will treat children using evidence-informed, play-based strategies, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support families across settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington State.
• Experience or passion for working with kids and families.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children using play-based, evidence-informed strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of OTs, SLPs, PTs, and behavioral health professionals.
• Engage with families to support function and independence across settings.
• Opportunity to work with adult patients who are kids at heart.
• Participate in monthly reflective consultation to support clinical growth.
• Provide one-to-one therapy in private treatment spaces.
