Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Cypress, TX seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based therapy in the home and community. You will perform evaluations, develop individualized plans, deliver feeding/swallowing interventions, and collaborate with physicians and care teams.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas)
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
