Ashton North LLC in the Kansas City metro area is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a growing outpatient clinic.

The role offers full- or part-time schedules with a 1:1 caseload for children ages 3–6, including many with Autism Spectrum Disorder, in a collaborative, supportive team.

You will provide individualized therapy, complete evaluations, document in OpenEMR, and have opportunities for leadership as the clinic expands.

Qualifications

• Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility required.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Patient-centered, evidence-based approach to therapy.
• Ability to adapt schedules and caseload to meet patient needs.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized speech-language therapy to children ages 3-6.
• Work primarily with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions lasting approximately 30-60 minutes.
• Complete evaluations, typically scheduled for approximately 90 minutes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric professionals.
• Complete documentation using OpenEMR.
• Manage your daily caseload and schedule within clinic operating hours.
